"After retiring I wanted to enjoy time and not rush around. Soon though, I realized I wanted to add some new things into my life-things I loved, and things I feel excited about. Working with Julia as my lifecoach has been so fun! Julia methodically and thoughtfully helped me define my desires. She used handouts that helped me 'see' my values and wants. Then she helped me set realistic, attainable goals and execute them. I loved the Christian aspect of Julia's practice. It was a comfortable spiritual place for me. Now I am involved with family in a new way, am helping my community in ways that I value, and am hosting a game night with friends once a month. I have a 'fun' file which helps me remember to plan things that bring play back into my life after a very busy career.

The best part of working with Julia is her humor and good listening. She uses her training well and knows how to stay focused on what I say (and sometimes what is unsaid) to lead me to my wishes.
